The current legislation is set up as a system of final destination (R5) and is authorised by the Province of Pavia to treat annually 30,000 tons. of polluted soil
Codes EER, most withdrawn:
- 170503* soil and stones containing dangerous substances
- 170504 – soil and stones other than those mentioned in 17 05 03
- 170506 mud dredging
- 170904 – waste, mixed construction and demolition, other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03
- 170903* – other wastes from the construction and demolition waste (including mixed waste) containing dangerous substances
- 190802 waste from desanding
- 191209 minerals (for example sand, stones)
- 191301* – solid wastes from soil remediation containing dangerous substances
- 191302 – solid wastes from soil remediation other than those mentioned in 19 13 01
The main organic contaminants object of the treatment:
- Petroleum hydrocarbons (kerosene, gasoline, jet fuel, fuel oil, diesel oil, paraffin)
- Solvents monochrome (benzene, ethylbenzene, toluene, xylenes)
- Phenols
- Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHS)
- Some chlorinated hydrocarbons
- Other organic compounds, for which you need to do in advance of the test to assess the biodegradability
